Gift cards for retailers, restaurant and hotel groups, printed, numbered and packed in carriers at the plant in Dongguan.
Retailers, restaurant and hotel groups, gift card programme managers and agencies, each ordering long runs from one artwork file.
Gift cards stocked at every till in the chain. PVC or recycled PVC, sequential numbering and a barcode or QR per card, so each one activates at the point of sale.
One design across every venue in the group, matte or gloss, with foil on the logo, a signature panel on the back and a carrier printed to match.
Large runs for several brands at once. Each batch is numbered to the range supplied, and artwork and colour stay on file so every reorder matches the first.
Gift cards from one run, photographed in use.

Offset print on PVC or recycled PVC, then foil, a matte or gloss finish and the data that makes each card unique, all on one line at the plant in Dongguan.
Sequential numbering, barcodes and QR codes printed per card from the data file, so every gift card reaches the till with a unique code.
Offset print with spot colours, foil on the logo and a matte or gloss surface, matched to the brand colour on file.
A scratch panel over the PIN or code, applied on the same run, keeps the code hidden until the panel is scratched.
Magnetic stripe, signature panel, barcode or QR, plus an optional NFC chip (NTAG213, NTAG215 or NTAG216) where the card is tapped on a phone.
Gift card runs go through one line built for eight million cards a month. Minimum order is 500 units, and the run size comes with the artwork.
Artwork is adapted for print, and the quantity decides which finishes make sense.
The sample card is printed and numbered like the final run, so the barcode can be scanned at the till before anything is ordered.
Standard production is 13 calendar days and express is 8 calendar days. The ship date is fixed before printing starts, so the launch can be planned.
The approved file is reused for every reorder, so batch ten looks like batch one.
