The same terms for every reseller, agency and integrator we supply. In writing, before you order.
How we work with resellers →Not the card, not the sleeve, not the box, not the delivery note. Nothing points back to us.
We do not sell to a client you bring us, or one you already work with. Not later, not at a lower price.
Your logo on the proof, the dossier and the carton. The card itself carries your client's brand.

Room keys and staff credentials made for the lock system the property already runs, plus the printed pieces that go around them.

If the job sits between two of these, it is still one card, one plant and one order.

One card that breaks into a card and two tags, all carrying the same number.
View specs →Room numbers, table markers and cut pieces, in the same wood as the cards.
View specs →The model of your reader, terminal or lock, the name of your system, or a photo of the card in use today. Any one of those is enough for us to name the chip in writing.
We name the chip before you order and put it in writing. A photo of the card you use today is enough for us to start, and if we cannot match it we say so then, not after production.
Artwork, colour references and encoding stay on file with us. A reorder is produced against the approved sample, so the card in a wallet from last year and the one printed this week are the same card.
We can. Every job is made in our own factory, so a question about a material, a chip or a finish is answered by the people who ran it, in the same conversation.
Each card material responds differently to print, foil and engraving. Ask for any of them as a sample.

PVC
The standard. Offset print, hot foil, embossing and a signature panel, all on the same card if you need them.

Recycled PVC
Prints, foils and laminates like standard PVC. Choose matte and the card stops catching reception lighting.

FSC® Wood
Basswood, cherry, black walnut and bamboo. Engraving cuts a pale line into the grain, so no two cards are the same.
That is the first thing we settle, in writing, before anything is produced. The model of the lock or reader is usually enough. Where it is not, a photo of the card in use today gets us there, and a free sample proves it in the door rather than on paper.
Usually, and the card itself settles it fastest. Size, material, chip, printing and finish are read off the original rather than guessed from a description. Where the chip is encrypted, we supply the right one and the key holder writes the credential.
Yes, and nothing goes on the line until it is approved. The material, the print and the finish are things you have to hold to judge. If compatibility is the question, the sample answers it in the real door, which is worth more than any specification sheet.
PVC, recycled PVC and wood, the wood being basswood, cherry, black walnut and bamboo. The chip is the same across all of them, so the choice is almost never technical. It is about how long the card has to last and where it lives.
Yes, in the same pass as the artwork rather than as a later step. Photographs, names, titles, sequential numbering, barcodes and QR codes. The cards arrive finished and ready to issue, not ready to personalise.
Artwork, colour references, chip and finish stay on file, and a reorder is produced against the approved sample rather than quoted again. That is the point of holding it, because both batches are in circulation at once.
Nothing goes into production until you have seen exactly what you are getting.
Send the model of your reader, terminal or lock, the name of your system, or the specifications or a photo of the card you use today.
Chip, size, material, print and finish are all confirmed on one page before you commit.
Check the actual material, print and finish, and test compatibility if you need to, before production starts.
Production follows the approved sample and specification, from the first card to the last.
Certificates, standards and addresses, with the numbers you need to look them up.

You do not need a full specification to start. A brief in your own words is enough, and so is a photo of the card you use today.
If the card has to work with a reader, a lock or a system you already own, send us the model. We confirm the chip against it before anything goes into production.
