Where we stop and you start

Every supplier says they respect the channel. It is worth saying exactly what we mean by it, in our own words, so you can hold us to it.

We do not sell to your clients

If you introduce a client, or you are already working with one, we do not sell to them directly. Not later, not through another route, not at a different price. No exceptions. If they come to us, we send them back to you.

It carries your name, not ours

White label on everything we make. No Kaway logo, no stamp, no reference on the card, the sleeve, the box or the delivery note. Your client sees your brand, because as far as the product is concerned that is who made it.

You stay in front. We stay behind

Samples, deliveries and paperwork go out under your brand and to your instructions, and we can ship straight to your client with your documents on the box. We do not contact them, before the order or after it.

What arrives, and what it says on it

Your artwork on the product, your brand on the box and on the paperwork. Nothing on any of it points back to us.

What you get besides the cards

Making the card is the part every supplier does. What follows is the work that decides whether your client comes back to you, and it is where most of the difference sits.

Your artwork checked before you order

Send the file before you place the order. Before you commit to anything you get back what will fail on press, from resolution and bleed to hairlines that close up, tints that will not hold and artwork sitting over the chip, with the corrected file. Free, and with no obligation.

Documents you can forward as they are

Every order ships with a digital proof and a delivery dossier, both carrying your logo and written in your client's language. The render, the material certifications and the technical annex, ready to send on untouched. We do not appear anywhere in either.

The paperwork a tender asks for

If your client is bidding, we prepare the part that is ours. Technical annex, a compliance matrix against the specification, material data sheets and certificates, in your format and your language, and inside the deadline of the call.

What we do in house

Most of what follows is the part that gets subcontracted somewhere else in the chain, which is where margin and lead time go. All of it happens here.

Personalisation and encoding

Sequential numbering, printed barcodes and QR, variable data including name, photo and per-card data, chip encoding, and pre-encoded delivery with a UID list. Magnetic stripe, signature panel and scratch panel.

Security features

UV printing, microtext, guilloche, hologram and hot stamping. Specify what the card is protecting against and we will say which combination is worth the cost, and which is not.

Shapes and finishes

Die-cutting and custom shapes, transparent card, matt or frosted finish, spot UV or gloss varnish, embossing and metallic foil stamping. The shape and the finish are agreed on the proof, before production.

The whole set on one order

Cards, the sleeve, the lanyard and the carrier. Quoted together, produced together, delivered together, against one approved set of artwork. One supplier to chase instead of three.

Systems our cards work with

Send us the reader or the lock model your client already runs and we confirm the chip against it in writing before anything goes into production.

What we confirm

Frequency and chip family, from the reader or lock model, or from the card the site already uses. You can also post us a card and we verify it here.

Where the limits are

On encrypted systems we supply the correct chip, but a credential controlled by the system owner has to be written by whoever holds those keys.

What comes back

A written answer the same working day, and a free sample in the material and chip you asked for, so your client can test it in their own door.

How a quote works

01

You send the job

Quantity, format, and the reader or lock model if there is a chip in it. Artwork can come later.

02

We answer the same working day

A written specification and a price against it. If something will not work, you hear that too.

03

A sample before the run

Free where the request is qualified. Your client tests it in their own door before the run.

04

Production against the approved sample

Artwork, colour, chip and finish stay on file, so a reorder repeats it instead of starting again.

Questions we hear the most

Will you approach our client?

No. If you introduce a client, or you are already working with one, they are yours. If they contact us directly we send them back to you rather than quote them. There is no version of this where it is worth more to us to keep the account than to keep the channel.

Can the product carry our brand instead?

Yes, on everything we make, and it is the normal case rather than an option. No Kaway logo or reference on the card, the sleeve, the packaging or the delivery note.

Can you ship straight to our client?

Yes, under your brand, with your paperwork. Tell us what should and should not appear on the box.

What do you need to quote?

The quantity, the format and the reader or lock model where there is a chip involved. Artwork can follow. If your client cannot tell you the chip, a photograph of both faces of the card they use today is usually enough for us to work it out.

How fast do you come back?

The same working day. Quoting is not where we make you wait.

Can we get samples for a pitch?

Yes, free where the request is qualified or the volume supports it. Tell us what you are pitching and we will send something that helps you win it rather than a generic blank.

Can you match a card our client already uses?

Usually. Send the card itself if you can, with the reader or lock model and any specification they were given at installation. A physical card settles in one go what photographs and descriptions leave open.

Will a reorder match the first run?

Yes. The approved artwork, colour references, chip and finishing details stay on file and the reorder is produced against them, so you are not re-approving a specification you already signed off.

Do you handle the accessories too?

Yes. Sleeves, holders, lanyards, envelopes, carriers, door hangers and signage, made to fit the credential and produced on the same order.

Free, in the material and finish you asked for, so you can put it in your client's hands before you commit to a price.
A reply the same working day
We answer in writing on the working day your request arrives.
Nothing on it points to us
We produce it, you sell it. The product carries your client's brand and never ours, and we stay out of the conversation with them.
