What the band does on the day

One chip on the wrist, read at every point of the event.

Entry and zones

Gates, backstage and VIP areas read the same band, so each guest opens only the zones on their ticket. Single-use closures stop a band being passed on.

Cashless and top-ups

The chip carries the ID your cashless platform links to each wallet, so bars and stalls charge with a tap and queues move faster.

Staff, artists and press

Accreditation by role on badges and lanyards, printed from the same artwork and encoded to the same system as the guest bands.

Match the band to the event length

Four materials, from a one-day gate to a full season.

Ready before the gates open

The work around the band that keeps opening day calm.

Artwork checked before you order

Send the file first. You get back what will fail on press, from resolution and bleed to fine lines that close up and artwork sitting over the chip, with the corrected file. Free, and with no obligation.

Encoded to your ticketing system

Tell us the ticketing, access or cashless platform and we confirm the chip in writing before production. Every chip is read-tested before the bands ship.

Numbered by ticket type

Sequential numbers, QR codes and a colour for each ticket type, so the team on site can tell a VIP band from a day pass at a glance.

How an order works

Four steps, the same for every order.

01

You send the job

Quantity, the wristband or badge type and the ticketing or access system the event runs. Artwork can come later.

02

A written quote the same working day

The chip confirmed against your system and a price against that specification.

03

A free sample to test

Ask for a free sample and test it where it will be used.

04

Production and reorders

Standard production is 12 calendar days. The specification stays on file, so a reorder matches the first run.

Questions we hear the most

Which wristband suits my event?

It depends on how long the band stays on. Tyvek for one day, fabric for a weekend, vinyl where guests get wet and silicone for a season. Tell us about the event and the quote comes with a recommendation.

Will it work with my ticketing or cashless system?

Send the name of the platform or a band from a previous edition. We confirm the chip and the encoding in writing before production, so the gates read the band from the first guest.

Can each band carry its own number or QR?

Yes. Sequential numbers, QR codes and barcodes are printed band by band, and each chip can be encoded with its own ID to match.

What do you need to quote?

The quantity, the type of wristband or badge, the event date and the system that will read it. Artwork can follow.

How long does an order take?

Standard production is 12 calendar days from artwork approval, with shipping on top. Tell us the event date and the quote works back from it.

Can we see a sample first?

Yes. Ask for a free sample and test it on your own readers before you commit.

Can badges and lanyards come on the same order?

Yes. Wristbands, badges and lanyards are printed from the same artwork and arrive together, so guests, staff and press all match.

Will next year's edition match this one?

Yes. The approved artwork, colours, chip and finishing stay on file, so the next edition only needs the new design.

Do you make the badge holders too?

Yes. Badge holders, lanyards, hooks and breakaways are made to fit the credential and produced on the same order, so everything arrives together.
